ANARC Essentials products are handcrafted in thoughtfully prepared small batches using botanical oils, butters, and other purposeful ingredients. A little attention to storage and handling helps preserve the texture, fragrance, and experience we intended for you.

Keep products cool. Keep water out. Close every container securely. Use clean, dry hands or a clean, dry utensil.

Everyday Care

• Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Close lids, caps, and pumps securely after every use.
• Keep water out of jars. Water introduced during use can affect the quality of a product.
• Use clean, dry hands or a clean, dry spatula when removing product from a jar.
• Do not share personal-use products or application tools.
• Follow the product label and use within the stated period after opening.

Care by Product

Botanical Butter Cream

Store: Keep at a comfortable room temperature away from windows, heaters, hot vehicles, and direct sunlight. Do not freeze.

Use: Apply with clean, dry hands to clean skin. Close the jar firmly after each use.

If it becomes warm: Keep the jar upright and allow it to return gradually to a cool room temperature before opening. Temporary warmth may soften the texture.

Botanical Body Polish

Store: Keep upright in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Avoid leaving the jar in a hot car or direct sunlight.

Use: Scoop with clean, dry hands or a clean, dry utensil. Keep shower water out of the jar and never store it directly beneath running water.

If it becomes warm: The polish may soften as its oils and butters respond to heat. Keep it upright and allow it to return to a cool room temperature before opening. Do not use if the seal has been compromised or the product has leaked extensively.

Whipped Body Butter

Store: This water-free whipped formula is especially sensitive to heat. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, radiators, hot bathrooms, and parked vehicles.

If it melts: Melting can change the airy whipped texture and reduce the product's volume even after it cools. Keep the container upright, place it in a cool area, and allow it to resolidify before use. A texture change caused by heat does not automatically mean the product is unusable.

Please note: Whipped Body Butter may be seasonally restricted for shipping when temperatures are too high to protect the intended experience.

Botanical Body Oil

Store upright away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the cap or pump secure, avoid introducing water into the bottle, and apply to clean skin—ideally after Butter Cream while skin is still slightly damp.

Black Ritual Bar

Allow the bar to dry completely between uses. Place it on a draining soap dish rather than in standing water. A dry bar lasts longer and maintains its best texture.

African Net Sponge

Rinse thoroughly after each use, stretch it out, and hang it in a well-ventilated area to dry completely. Hand-wash with mild soap as needed. Do not share your sponge, and replace it if the material becomes damaged or difficult to clean.

Perfume Oil

Keep the bottle tightly closed and store it upright in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and water around the roller or applicator. Apply to clean skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Body Mist

Store tightly closed away from direct sunlight, heat, and open flame. Do not leave it in a hot vehicle. Avoid spraying toward the face or eyes, and use only as directed on the label.

Warm-Weather Care

Heat can temporarily soften products made with oils and butters. When your package arrives during warm weather, bring it indoors promptly and keep jars and bottles upright. If an item feels warm, allow it to settle at a cool room temperature before opening.

Do not place a hot sealed container directly into the freezer. Rapid temperature changes and condensation can affect the product and its packaging.

What Is Normal—and When to Contact Us

Because ANARC products are handcrafted in batches and contain botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, aroma, or texture may occur. Temporary softening during warm weather can also happen.

Stop using the product and contact us if you notice an unusual or unpleasant odor, visible mold, unexpected discoloration, significant separation that does not settle, a damaged or compromised seal, or irritation during use.

When contacting us about an order, include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you efficiently.
